Lack of movement
When you can’t move freely you’re rigid.
Lack of movement is being stuck in the same position.
Repetitive strain is the small things you do frequently again and again and again. Eventually we suffer because we don’t stop to think about the things we’re doing. We do these things without even realising.
The problem is always doing the same things. You seize up. You get stuck in a repetitive pattern and that’s not good for you.
Creativity is not doing the same things. If you want to solve problems keep doing things differently.
