Finding a human response
The only meaningful way to respond with technology is through having a deep understanding of human experience.
In service design, the use of technology should be about the augmentation of human systems. It becomes the interface, access, reach, and flexibility for how people’s needs can be supported and met.
But to succeed, investing in, and scaling new uses of emerging technologies, means not losing sight of what it means for those systems to be human.
